Response Time

With a Managed Services Contract in place, PCR Technicians can correct most problems before they affect the End User. If a problem does arise, the End User can contact support to have a Tech login to their Workstation to resolve the issue rather than waiting an hour or longer for a Tech to arrive at their location. This is a much faster and cost effective way to deliver service. If the issue is something that cannot be resolved remotley, ie the workstation or server is not up or not communicating, then we will send a Technician onsite.
